Each player may hold only one account on takabuzz. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials, allowing a third party to operate your account, or opening duplicate accounts constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
All withdrawal requests require a fully verified account (KYC completed). takabuzz reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals above the basic threshold.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible game restrictions as stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.

Section 1
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires it, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
Section 2
Access to takabuzz is restricted to eligible adults. By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria set out below.
takabuzz is an adult entertainment platform. Use of any part of the Platform — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — is restricted exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies without exception.
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. takabuzz reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your account's lifetime. If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided within the period specified in the request, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be held until verification is completed.
In cases where a Player is found to be under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned minus any winnings derived from play during the underage period, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. takabuzz does not profit from underage gambling and actively works to prevent it.
The Platform is designed for players located in Bangladesh. It is your personal responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. takabuzz makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in locations outside its target market. Players who provide false information about their location or identity to circumvent eligibility restrictions are in direct breach of these Terms and will have their accounts closed with immediate effect.
Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one active account on takabuzz. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the first registered will be closed without notice, and any balances in the duplicate accounts will be forfeited in accordance with our anti-fraud policy.
Employees, contractors, consultants, officers, and directors of takabuzz and its affiliated companies, as well as immediate family members of such individuals sharing the same household, are not permitted to register player accounts or participate in any promotions offered on the Platform.
Section 3
Creating a takabuzz account is a straightforward process, but it carries with it a set of obligations regarding the accuracy and security of the information you provide.
When registering an account on takabuzz, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. If your contact details, address, or payment methods change, you must update your account profile accordingly. takabuzz is not liable for failed communications or delayed payments resulting from outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. takabuzz will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately. takabuzz is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs due to your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
All accounts are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before full withdrawal access is granted. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as your Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport) and a recent proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months). takabuzz aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during regular operational hours.
takabuzz reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point — including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal amounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in account restriction.
All account balances on takabuzz are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Players cannot change their account currency after registration. All deposits, withdrawals, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and bet stakes displayed on the Platform are expressed in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Section 4
takabuzz supports the payment methods most commonly used by players in Bangladesh. The following terms govern how deposits are made and how withdrawals are processed.
The minimum deposit on takabuzz is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger an enhanced due diligence review under our KYC procedures.
Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank may take up to one business day to reflect in your account, depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed and the player's account flagged for review.
takabuzz does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.
The minimum withdrawal on takabuzz is ৳500. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has previously been used to make a successful deposit on the account, subject to availability of that method for payouts.
Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during standard operating hours (BST). Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day. During periods of high volume or following a public holiday, processing times may be extended — takabuzz will communicate any delays proactively.
takabuzz reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000. This may include a request for source-of-funds documentation. Such checks are conducted in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations and are not discretionary delays.
Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding KYC review, an active responsible gaming cooling-off period, or a balance derived in full from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
Section 5
takabuzz offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out below, as well as any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion.
Promotional bonuses available on takabuzz — including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or major cricket tournaments — are intended for recreational players acting in good faith. takabuzz reserves the right to deny, revoke, or withhold any bonus where it suspects that a player is exploiting the promotion in a manner inconsistent with its spirit, including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies, or pattern betting designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal risk.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses awarded on takabuzz carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means that a player who receives a ৳1,000 bonus must place qualifying bets totalling ৳30,000 before the bonus-derived balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled bonus balances will be removed from the account at expiry.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%; crash games contribute 20%; sports bets contribute at a variable rate depending on odds. The specific contribution rates for any active promotion are stated in that promotion's individual terms page.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus funds, after wagering requirements have been met, are eligible for withdrawal. Where a player makes a withdrawal request while a bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited at takabuzz's discretion.
Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players who attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will have all accounts closed and balances forfeited.
takabuzz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is terminated mid-period, players who have already qualified will be notified of the resolution method for their partially-met wagering requirements.
Section 6
The following rules apply to all gaming and sports betting activity conducted through the takabuzz Platform.
All casino games available on takabuzz are sourced from certified, independently audited game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi. takabuzz does not develop or modify the underlying game software. Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes in slots, table games, and crash games are determined entirely by the game studio's certified RNG systems, not by takabuzz. All sports bets placed on takabuzz are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting markets — covering BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments — follow standard international cricket betting settlement rules. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared no-result, affected bets will be settled according to the applicable market rules, which are published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
takabuzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds caused by a pricing error or technical fault, to limit the maximum stake on any market, and to restrict a player's access to certain betting markets where unusual betting patterns are detected. Such actions are taken to protect the integrity of the Platform and its betting markets.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. The applicable limits are displayed within the game interface or the sports betting market at the time of placing the bet. takabuzz reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.
If a player believes a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, they must submit a formal dispute within 72 hours of the outcome being determined. Disputes submitted after this window may not be investigated. Disputes should be directed to the support team at [email protected] with the relevant game round ID or bet reference number included. takabuzz will review all disputes in good faith and aims to resolve them within five business days.
Section 7
All players are expected to use the takabuzz Platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
By registering and using takabuzz, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Platform, causes harm to other players, or violates applicable law.

Where Prohibited Conduct is identified, takabuzz reserves the right to void affected bets, suspend or permanently close the account, withhold any balance pending investigation, and where appropriate, refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial authorities.

Section 8
Both players and takabuzz have the right to close an account under the circumstances described below.
You may close your takabuzz account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, provided your account is fully KYC-verified and there are no outstanding investigations. Bonus funds at the time of closure are forfeited unless otherwise specified by a specific promotion's terms.
If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team at the time of your request. In such cases, a self-exclusion may be applied rather than a simple closure, which provides an additional layer of protection against re-registration.
takabuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or Prohibited Conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player; or where continued operation of the account would place takabuzz in breach of applicable law or regulatory guidance.
Where an account is closed by takabuzz due to Prohibited Conduct, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, the withheld balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. takabuzz will communicate the outcome of such investigations to the affected player via email within 10 business days of the investigation's conclusion.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. takabuzz will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormancy policy. Following a dormancy notice period of 30 days with no response or login, a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if less) may be deducted from the dormant account balance to cover maintenance costs. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time prior to closure by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by takabuzz — your right to access the Platform and its services ceases immediately. Any open bets at the time of a player-initiated closure will be settled in the normal course and the resulting balance (if any) returned. Any open bets at the time of a takabuzz-initiated closure due to Prohibited Conduct may be voided. These Terms survive account closure to the extent necessary to give effect to their provisions, including those relating to dispute resolution, liability, and intellectual property.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and takabuzz that cannot be resolved informally through our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. For all disputes, the player must first submit a formal complaint to [email protected], and takabuzz will respond with a final position within 14 business days. All formal correspondence regarding disputes should be conducted in English.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, takabuzz's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. takabuzz is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits takabuzz's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
All content on the takabuzz Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of takabuzz or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from takabuzz.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and takabuzz with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
